Geography - History
Leivadotopi is located on the slopes of the Eastern Line, next to the Greek border with Albania and Aliakmonas (at the beginning - Ano Aliakmonas). It is 15.5 km west of Nestorio and 38.5 ND. from Kastoria. Like the rest of the villages in the area (Glykoneri, Giannochori, Monopylo and Trilofos) it is included in the "Grammochoria of Kastoria" where the fiercest and bloodiest battles of the Civil War took place and resulted in its complete destruction.
During the Turkish occupation it was a Turkish Bey's tsifliki and in 1912 it had a single-seat primary school with thirty students. After 1980, 15 newly built houses were built in the village and the church association of Agios Nikolaos was restored by the village association in 1987 (original property 1657) and a small guesthouse was built on the site of the old school. To the east, next to the Megalo torrent, there is a small waterfall, while to the north and west are the peaks of Grammos, "Alevista" and "Tsarnos" respectively.

It is mentioned as Omotsko in 1918, after the liberation, in the Government Gazette 259A - 29/12/1918 to be annexed to the then community of Kalevistis (Kali Vrysis). In 1927 with the Government Gazette 206A - 28/09/1927 it was renamed Leivadotopi. In 1951 it was abolished and annexed to the settlement of Pefkos of the then community of Pefkos [6].
