Kaminos (Κάμινος) Aitoloakarnania
Kaminos is a semi-mountainous village in the Regional Unit of Aitoloakarnania at an altitude of 340 meters [1], which is located on the northern borders with the Regional Unit of Arta at a distance of 45 km NW. from Amfilochia and 44 km SE. from Arta. As a settlement it is mentioned with the name Kaminos in 1836 to be annexed to the then community of Idomeni. In 1912 it was repaired in Kamina and in 1928 it was returned to Kaminos. According to the Kallikratis program, together with Neo Agridio and Dromitsa, they constitute the Local Community of Agridi, which belongs to the Municipal Unit of Inachos of the Municipality of Amfilochia and according to the 2011 census has a population of 81 permanent residents [3].
