Agioi Theodoroi, Aitoloakarnania

Agioi Theodoroi is a settlement of Neos Chalkiopoulos in the Regional Unit of Aitoloakarnania at an altitude of 320 meters [1].

Geography - History

Agioi Theodoroi is located near and west of the Inachos river at a distance of 42 km NE. from Amfilochia and 1.5 km southwest of Neos Chalkiopoulos. It is officially mentioned for the first time in 1940 that it belongs to the then community of Chalkiopoulo [2]. According to the Kallikratis plan, together with the settlements of Prosilia, Agios Vlasios, Agios Minas, Agrapidokokampos, Neo Chalkiopoulo, Xomeri and Chalkiopoulo, they constitute the Local Community of Chalkiopoulo which belongs to the Municipal Unit of 2011 residents [3].
