Neo Vouprasi or Neo Vouprassio (Greek: Νέο Βουπράσιο), older form: Neo Vouprasion, is a small settlement located in the western part of the municipality of Larissos near the northwestern part of the Movri mountains. The village is part of the community of Metochi and is also a part of Vouprasio. The prefecture of Ilia is bounded with the Larissos river to the west and once bounded south of the highway linking Patras and Pyrgos. Neo Vouprasio is connected with GR-9/E55 (Patras - Pyrgos) at the 40th km and a small road to Old Vouprasi. Riolos is between the plain to the northwest and the Movri mountain to the southeast. The OSE rail lies 200 m north with two railway crossings, one added in the early to mid 2000s. The panorama of the northwestern part of Achaia and the northernmost part of the prefecture of Ilia can be seen at the mountains. Neo Vouprasio is located 40 km SW of Patras, about 60 km S of the Rio-Antirio Bridge, about 3 km SW of Lappa, about 55 km (old: 60 km) NE of Pyrgos and about 30 km (old: 35 km) from Kyllini.

The forests once owned by King Constantine II of Greece is located to the northeast between the highway and the railway tracks. Mixed farming along with pastures are around Neo Vouprasio, the forests are to the west along the Larissos, the north, near the settlement boundary and portions to the south. A hilltop is to the southeast. The panorama of the hills between Loutra Yrmini (Thermal Springs of Yrmini) and Old Vouprasio can be seen are are heavily forested along with distant islands of Kefalonia and Zante as well as the Chlemoutsi hill and castle. Portions of the Movri mountains as well as parts of Scollis can be seen while the Erymanthos cannot be seen, but on clearer days, Panachaiko can be seen. The village streets are gridded. The size of the settlement is by 300 m and by about 150 m.

In the 1950s, Neo Vouprasi became connected with pavement. In the early to mid 1980s, the highway was a little widened which is passable and bypassed Nea Manolada and Lappa in the late 1980s. Other roads were later paved to Old Vouprasi in the 1990s. Other roads are earth or gravel.

A car accident on June 16, 2004 injured two other persons.

Neo Vouprasi has a small square (plateia). The nearest train station, school and its post office is in Lappa.
