Larissos (Greek: Λαρίσσος) is a former municipality in Achaea, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality West Achaea, of which it is a municipal unit.[1] Its seat of administration was in the village Lappas (Greek: Λάππας). The distance from Patras is 37 km SW and 58 km N of Pyrgos. The nearest communities are Metochi and Kalogria to the north, Araxos also to the north, Bonteika to the east and Riolos to the south. The area code is 26930.

Forests are found along with a few roads in the south, one in the north and one in the west which was the property of King Constantine II of Greece. Nearby is a small hydro station southwest of Lappas. The northwestern and northeastern regions are covered with mixed farming with access to Araxos Airport (GPA). There is an archaeological site of the ancient town of Dyme found 1 km south. The municipality formerly excluded Mataranga and Spata. In the late-20th century, these areas were reverted to Larissos from Vouprasia and the prefecture of Ilia.
