Karitsa (Καρίτσα) Aitoloakarnania
Karitsa is a mountainous settlement of the Regional Unit of Aitoloakarnania at an altitude of 570 meters [1], 28 km northeast of Messolonghi. It is built on the slopes of Mount Arakynthos (Libra) between Klima (NW) and Melikanaika (SE). According to the Kallikratis program, it belongs to the municipal community of Messolonghi, which belongs to the municipal unit of the Holy City of Messolonghi, in the municipality of the Holy City of Messolonghi, and according to the 2011 census, it has 4 inhabitants [2].
