Militsa (Local Community of Militsa - Municipal Unit Ionos Dragoumi), belongs to the municipality of Orestidos of the Regional Unit of Kastoria located in the Region of Western Macedonia, according to the administrative division of Greece as formed by the program "Kallikratis".
The seat of the municipality is Argos Orestiko and belongs to the geographical department of Macedonia.
During the administrative division of Greece with the "Kapodistrias" plan, until 2010, Militsa belonged to the Local Department of Militsa, of the former Municipality of Ionos Dragoumi of the Prefecture of Kastoria.
Militsa has an altitude of 642 meters above sea level.
