Kleidi (Κλειδί) Voiotia
Kleidi is a village in the prefecture of Viotia, in the former District of Thebes at an altitude of 248 m. It is a local community of the Municipality of Tanagra. It has a real population of 368 inhabitants, according to the 2011 Census. From 1997 to 2010 together with Agios Thomas, Oinofyta and part of Dilesio were the Municipality of Inofyta.
In its area is the Monastery of the Beloved of the Beloved, next to the chapel of Agios Konstantinos.

Historical data
In the area of Kastri (hill of Agios Konstantinos) a Mycenaean settlement has been located, where building remains and tombs have been excavated.
With B.D. On March 31, 1909, a committee was set up to study the toponyms of Greece, under the chairmanship of N.G. Citizen. For Kleideti, the committee said there was no reason to rename it Nea Tanagra (a decision taken by the Kleideti community council), as the village has nothing in common with Tanagra, nor is it the closest to the ancient city of the same name. Anastasiou Sotirios of Konstantinos. Soldier. He was born in Key of Thebes in 1917 of the 29th SP. He was killed on Senteli Hill on March 10, 1941.
Katsifis George of Constantine. Soldier. He was born in Key of Thebes in 1910, of the 7th SP. He was killed in Trebesina on January 21, 1941.
Marditsis Zisis of Ioannis. Soldier. He was born in Kleidi, Thebes, Boeotia in 1906, in the 20th century. He was killed in the Red Hill area of Chirotate Tomorica on February 15, 1941. [3]
On October 23, 1943, 28-year-old Pappas Sotirios was executed by German troops in the Maz (e) Reka area of Dervenochorion. On July 24, 1944, four shepherds were executed by German occupation troops at the Halasmos location.
