Ampelakiotissa Monastery
Ampelakiotissa Monastery is a men monastery near the mountain Tsekouri and the community Ampelakiotissa
It is named after an Icon of Panagia discovered in the year 1455 which was from Ampelakia in Thessaly. In 1456 the monastery was founded by Samouel and Antonios. The Katholikon was rebuild in 1847. The Templon is from 1871.
