Salad "Athena"

INGREDIENTS

2 beams lettuce curly
½ (aprox.) Red cabbage
½ (aprox.) White cabbage
2 kiwis
5 walnuts
1 orange
2 teaspoons honey
Olive oil
Salt

Implementation

We cut the leaves from the lettuces, we wash them well and we strangle.

We get the brunches from lettuces and we place them around in a big plate, so that a beautiful shape takes form.

We rub in special grater(very thin) the white cabbage and we put it in the centre of the plate.

We rub in special grater (very thin) the red cabbage and we put it round the white cabbage shaping a circle.

We add little red cabbage in the centre of the salad and on the white cabbage.

We clean the kiwis and we cut them in slices.

We put them on the exterior circle as well as in the centre on the red cabbage.

We take the walnuts and we place them on thewhite cabbage.

We cut orange and squeeze the juice from the half orange in the salad. We pour the honey and finally the olive oil.

We put the salt when we want to eat the salad.

This salad is cool, aromatic and sweetsour.
