Themelo (Greek, Modern: Θέμελο, Katharevoussa: -on) is a village in the municipality of Fanari in the Preveza prefecture in the region of Epirus, in western Greece. Its 2001 population was 322 for the village and 404 for the municipal district. Until the early 20th century, the village was known as Tampani (Ταμπάνι).
