Narthaki (Greek: Ναρθάκι) is a village and a former municipality in the Larissa regiona unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Farsala, of which it is a municipal unit.[1] Population 1,781 (2001).

Narthaki
Narthaki (or older form Narthakion) is a village with a population 584 in 2001. The village was known in the past as Kiopekli. It is the seat of the municipality. The village is c. 58 km south of Larissa.
Kastraki
Kastraki (or Kastrakion) is a small village 16 km SW of Farsala. The region belonged to two brothers called Blatzis from Lamia. They sold the land in the year 1925. It was sold in two parts, called Pano Ktima and Ano Ktima. The price for the 16 km2 was 1.240.000 Drachmae. Kastraki is named after a castle 3 km SE of the village. Kastraki was known in the past as Kouklobasi
