Wall inscription on the southern side of the Katholikon of the Monastery. Text that the Metropolitan bishop of Nafpaktos (1200-1230.) from Nikopolis Ioannis Apokavkos (or Apokafkos) was in the monastery the rest of his life (after his resignation). He died and was buried in the monastery in 1232.
