Lykotopos (Λυκότοπος) Xanthi
Lykotopos is a small semi-mountainous village of Thrace in the Regional Unit of Xanthi [1] at an altitude of 420 meters [2]. It is located on the Greek-Bulgarian border, at a distance of 57 km NE. from Xanthi and 42 km NE. from Sminthi (seat of the municipality). As a settlement, it is officially mentioned in 1961 that it was recorded in the then community of Satres [3]. According to the Kallikratis Plan, it belongs to the municipal unit of Satres of the Municipality of Myki and according to the 2011 census, it has a population of only 3 inhabitants [4]. The settlement belongs to Pomakochoria [5] [6] [7].
