Kosmas o Aitolos (Greek: Κοσμάς ο Αιτωλός) is a former municipality in Grevena peripheral unit, West Macedonia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Grevena, of which it is a municipal unit.[1] It is named after the 18th century Greek saint Cosmas of Aetolia. Population 1,792 (2001). The seat of the municipality was in Megaro.
