The Rifugio Walter Bonatti is a refuge in the Aosta Valley in the Valais Alps. It lies at an altitude of 2025 m in the valley Val Ferret on the so called Malatrà site within the municipality of Courmayeur. The refuge is open by early March to late September and offers at this time 76 climbers beds.

The shelter is located on both the Trail Alta Via della Val d'Aosta n.1 and the Tour du Mont-Blanc and the Tour du Saint-Bernard.

The refuge is open since 2 August 1998 and is dedicated to the well-known mountain climber Walter Bonatti.
