Émile-Victor Blavier, born November 1, 1821 in Crespin (Nord), was a French sculptor active in the second half of the 19th century. He first studied at the academic schools of Douai, then came to Paris where he was a pupil of the painter Mœunch, known as Munich, and the sculptors Toussaint and Calmels. He made his debut at the Salon of 1852 and exhibited for the last time in 1876.
