Timachidas of Rhodes (Greek: Τιμαχίδας ὁ Ῥόδιος) was an ancient Greek philologist from the island of Rhodes who lived in c. 100 BC. He was known for composing a work entitled Deipna or "Dinners". Timachidas is quoted fourteen times by Athenaeus (once on Rhodian wine) and occasionally by others.[1]
