Polydamas (Πολυδάμας) of Pharsalus in Thessaly. He was intrusted by his fellow-citizens, about 375 BC, with the supreme government of their native town. He afterward entered into a treaty with Jason of Pherae. On the murder of Iason in 370, his brother Polyphron put to death Polydamas ( Hellen. vi. 1, 2).
