Konstantinos Kotzias (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Κοτζιάς; born 1892; died 1951) was a Greek fencer. He competed at the 1912 and 1924 Summer Olympics.[1] In 1934 he was elected Mayor of Athens.[1]
