Gina (Ioanna) Mamidakis was born in Athens and is the second daughter of George and Aristea Mamidakis.
Education
After graduating from Arsakion High School, she continued her studies at Athens University in Economic and Political Sciences.
She attended graduate-school at the University of Manchester, finishing with a Masters degree in Management.
She also took courses specializing in Hotel Industry at Cornell University and she completed the OPM Program at Harvard Business School.
Activity
Mrs Gina Mamidakis is a member of the Board of Directors of :
SETE (Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises),[1]
EEDE (Hellenic Management Association),[2] and member of
SEV International,
Professional Woman’s Forum,
Greek- Chinese Business Council,
Hellenic Russian Chamber of Commerce,
Greek-Chilean Chamber,
Greek American Chamber of Commerce,
the Chaine Des Rotisseurs Organization.
The year 1999 became a Chilean Counselor of Honor in Crete.[3]
