The Kritios Ephebe considered an important milestone of the art of sculpture
Critius (gr. Kritios) was a Greek sculptor. He worked between 495 and 450 BC in Athens. He produced with Nesiotes a sculpture of Harmodius and Aristogeiton taken by the Persian King Xerxes I. He is asociated with the sculpture of the "Kritios Ephebe".
