In Greek mythology, Phoenice (Ancient Greek: Φοινίκη) was a Phoenician princess as the daughter of King Phoenix and Telephe. She was sister to Europa, Astypalea and Peirus.[1] Phoenice was said to be the mother of the couple Proteus and Torone by the god of the sea, Poseidon.[2]
