Νακόλεια, πόλις Φρυγίας. Στράβων δωδεκάτῃ. καί ἐστιν οὐδέτερον. ἀπὸ Νακόλης νύμφης. καὶ ὥσπερ ἀπὸ τοῦ νύμφης νύμφαιον καὶ Ἥρας Ἥραιον, οὕτω Νακόλης Νακόλαιον. τὸ ἐθνικὸν Νακολαιεύς. εἰ δ´ ἔστι Νακόλεια διὰ διφθόγγου, παρὰ τὸν Νάκολον τὸν Δασκύλου παῖδα, τὸ ἐθνικὸν ἔσται Νακολεύς, ὡς τὸ Σέλευκος Σελευκεύς.
