In Greek mythology, Myles (Μύλης) was a son of Lelex, king of Laconia. He was brother to Polycaon, and was the father of Eurotas, whom was father to Sparta of which the Spartan city was named after.

Myles was also known as the Miller, and has been regarded as the inventor of the mill. After his father passed, Myles ruled Laconia. Following his own death, his son Eurotas succeeded him.

The name Myles (or Miles) is said to come from the Greek root Milo which means strength
