3978 : Exceptional in size (1.52 m high) female figure with arms folded
under the breasts, of parian marble it is thought to be a female divinity.

The figure stands on toe tips, but her bending knees holds her back from
balancing on the ground. It was probably meant to be placed in supina
position. It belongs to the widespread 'Spados' type. Figurines vary in height
from 8 cm to full size have clear-cut outline and incised anatomical details
The nose and usually the ears are in relief. From Amorgos.
