Ormos Panagias (Όρμος Παναγίας) Chalkidiki
Ormos Panagias is a settlement in Sithonia, Chalkidiki. According to the 2011 census it has 88 [1] inhabitants. It is the port of Agios Nikolaos and is located 2.5 km southeast. The settlement has a variety of options from rooms to let and hotels as well as many restaurants. Tourist boats make daily trips to the Athos peninsula, as well as short stops on the islet of Ammouliani and Ouranoupoli. It has a Coast Guard and a modern marina (shelter for tourist boats) with a capacity of 100 berths. In the square of the settlement is the church of Panagia where on Easter Tuesday, the residents of Agios Nikolaos make a big procession of all the icons of the church of Agios Georgios with terminal Ormos Panagias.
