Nea Lykogianni (Νέα Λυκόγιαννη) Imathia
Nea Lykogianni is a village in the municipality of Veroia, in the prefecture of Imathia. According to the 2011 census, the village has 399 inhabitants. It is built at an altitude of 35 meters. The village was recognized in 1940 and was originally called Neos Lykogiannis, while it was designated the seat of the community of Agios Georgios of Veroia, in the prefecture of Thessaloniki. In 1946 the village came under the prefecture of Imathia and in 1948 it was renamed Nea Lykogianni. From 1997 to 2010 he was in the municipality of Apostolos Pavlos. [1]
