Kouloura (Κουλούρα) Imathia
Kouloura is a village in the regional unit of Imathia in Central Macedonia. Today it belongs to the Municipality of Ver0ia, to the Municipal Unit of Apostolos Pavlos and to the Local Community of Kouloura, of which it is the only settlement. The average altitude of the village is 20 meters above sea level. The population of Kouloura decreased from 1089 inhabitants in the 2001 census to 992 in that of 2011, although next to the village now passes, in addition to the Thessaloniki-Edessa railway line, the new Egnatia Highway (A2 motorway), which has a junction. in Kouloura.
Kouloura is located about 12 km east-northeast of the city of Veria, while it is 62 km from the center of Thessaloniki via the highway.
