Alikanas (Greek: Αλικανάς) is a village in the municipal unit of Alykes, on the island of Zakynthos, Greece. It is situated on a low hill near the Ionian Sea coast. As of 2001, its population numbered 341. It is 3 km northeast of Katastari, 3 km northwest of Ano Gerakari and 12 km northwest of Zakynthos city. The village suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian Earthquake.
