Achladini (Αχλαδινή) Ilia
Achladini, Ilia, is a village in the regional unit of Ilia in the municipality of Ancient Olympia, which is 42 km from Pyrgos and 25 km from Ancient Olympia. In 2015 it had 180 inhabitants. It has an altitude of 640 meters. At a distance of 2 km from the village is the famous oak forest of Foloi (Kapeli)
History
It dates from 1770, under the name Dartiza. The first battle against the Turks and Albanians at Lala took place at Pousiin June 1821, and events are held there every year.
