The Tapeinos Horos is a traditional Greek dance.
The word tapeinos in Greek means "humble", so in many villages in Thrace, this dance is done with slow, humble steps. The dance is made up of 6 steps to the right and 4 steps to the left, but moving back, the arms swing forward back.
