Lympia (also spelt Lymbia) (Greek: Λύμπια) is a large village in Cyprus, located in the Nicosia District. By the 2001 census it had a total population of 2,268.
The name derives from the original name of the settlement Olympia.
Lympia is well known for the Χυτά (a recycling plant) incident in 2007 when the people of Lymbia wanted to make the government move the plant further away from their village.
