Kellia (Greek: Κελλιά ) is a community of the District of Larnaca of Cyprus, located north of Larnaca. Prior to 1974, the village was inhabited by Turkish Cypriots.[2] Today, Kellia has a population of approximately 500 people. St Antonios is the church name of the village and was built at around 19th century. The origin of the name Kellia is from 'cells' and the village got its name because of the monastic cells found at the church.
The village also has its own football team named AEK(ΑΘΛΗΤΙΚΗ ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΕΛΛΙΩΝ).AEK is currently playing in 4th division of the Cyprus championship.
