Agios Sozomenos (Greek : Άγιος Σωζόμενος ) is a community in the Nicosia District of Cyprus. Agios Sozomenos is largely deserted village located close to the Green Line south of Geri. Prior to 1974, the village was mostly inhabited by Turkish Cypriots.[2] In 2001 there were only 4 registered inhabitants living here.
The film "A Detail in Cyprus" was made in 1987 by Panicos Chrysanthou about the village.[3]
