Otto Theodore Gustav Lingner (born in Kolberg 1856-1917) was a German academic painter. He studied at the Berlin Academy and Teacher Knille Thumann and then he became a pupil of A Fitgers Bremen. First portraitist, he then turned to genre and allegorical painting.
