Johann Conrad Seekatz, (born September 4, 1719 Green City; † August 25, 1768 in Darmstadt) was a German painter. Seekatz, son of Worms court painter Johann Martin Seekatz (1680-1729) and Magdalena Juliana Kuhlmann (about 1686-1772), painted corporate and military scenes, genre pictures of peasant life and landscapes with biblical scence following the Dutch artists, particularly Adriaen Brouwer.
Johann Conrad Seekatz was trained by his older brother Johann Ludwig Seekatz (1711-1783). He created his first significant images in Osthofen with his own style, which exceeded those of the father and the older brother clearly.
