Rumpelstiltskin at the Spinning-Wheel and the Dwarf
Gustav Heinrich Nacke (also: Naeke; born April 4, 1785 Mrs. Stein in Saxony, † January 10, 1835 in Dresden) was a German painter. He was the son of the bailiff Johann Gottlieb Nacke, who was posted in 1785 to Dresden. Actually his father wanted his son to be a lawyer, but Gustav Heinrich Nacke 1803 could enroll in the Dresden Art Academy. There he took private lessons from Cajetan Toscani (1742-1815).
