Peter Zorbas (born 14 May 1979) is an Australian association footballer currently playing for Sydney United in the New South Wales Premier League.

Club career

Peter Zorbas began his domestic career with Sydney Olympic in the National Soccer League, but other than a solid season under Branko Culina in 1999-2000, he was largely used as a substitute and transferred to Parramatta Power in 2002. A permanent fixture under Nick Theodorakopoulos, he featured in the midfield as the club stormed to the Grand Final in the last season of the NSL.

With the demise of the national domestic competition, Zorbas dropped to the New South Wales Premier League with Sydney United. He moved to the Panachaiki in the Greek second division in 2005, but returned to United after only a season with the Patras based club.

He returned to Sydney Olympic, where he spent the best part of three seasons in the heart of midfield.[1] In 2010, he was signed by player-coach David Zdrilic, for his third stint with Sydney United.[2]
