Found in Athens. A young woman sits on a stool, her head lowered in an
expression of sorrow.
Opposite her stands another female figure, of which only part of the
head and the right side with the hand are preserved. The epistyle of the
naiskos stele preserves the inscribed name of the deceased: Phainarete
ca. 400 B.C.
