Zitsa (Greek: Ζίτσα) is a village and a municipality in the Ioannina peripheral unit, Epirus, Greece. The seat of the municipality is the village Eleousa.[1]

The present municipality Zitsa was formed at the 2011 local government reform by the merger of the following 5 former municipalities, that became municipal units (constituent communities in brackets):[1]
