Veliniatika (Βεληνιάτικα) Korinthia

Veliniatika is a small village in the Peripheral Unit of Corinth in the Peloponnese with an altitude of 95 meters [1], which is located west of the Acrocorinth at a distance of 16 km D.-ND. from Corinth (via Lechaio). It is officially mentioned as a separate settlement for the first time in 1951 to be recorded in the then community of Old Corinth. [2] According to the Kallikratis plan, together with Assos and Agia Marina, they constitute the municipal community of Assos, which belongs to the municipal unit of Assos of the municipality of Corinth and according to the 2011 census has a population of 15 inhabitants [3].
