Nikiforos (Greek: Νικηφόρος, Turkish: Nusratlı[1]) is a village and a former municipality in the Drama regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Paranesti, of which it is a municipal unit.[2] The 2001 census reported a population of 4,279 inhabitants in the municipal unit and 436 in the village.[3] Between Nikiforos and Karyafiton (formerly Kozluköy and Platania) villages, "Drama Köprüsü" (Bridge Of Drama), was built approximately before 3 centuries and passed in "Drama Köprüsü", a Rumelia Turkish song, was found by Nikos Latsistalis, is Chairman of Drama Asia Minor Refugees Association with the help of a Turkish refugee from Drama to Bursa[4]
