Aidona (Αηδών) Trikala
Aidona is a mountainous community of Pindos built at an altitude of 850 m, 40 km SW of Kalambaka. To the south of the village, rise the peaks Gozora (1,600 m.), Tsiatsiouli (1,790 m.) And Neraida (2,078 m.). Sources Paparseni, Loutsa and Drabusti are relatively close. Here is the only Preserved Monument of Nature in Thessaly, the huge Ulmus Minor of Aidona.
