This is an instrument for measuring the winf's velocity. It is made from cone shaped tubes and
can be used to check whether the wind, which turns the wheel, is proportionate to the opening
in the cones that admit the air, since the intensity of the wind must be identical.

Αυτό είναι ένα όργανο για την μέτρηση της ταχύτητας του αέρα. Είναι κατασκευασμένο από κωνικούς σωλήνες και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για να ελέγξει εάν ο αέρας που γυρίζει τον τροχό είναι ανάλογος με το άνοιγμα στους κώνους που αφήνει τον αέρα να εισέλθει, δεδομένου ότι η ένταση του αέρα πρέπει να είναι ίδια.
